What a wonderful April and May!

I have fallen a little behind with my updates. We have been quite busy with some really wonderful events. First I want to welcome into this great world a new little blessing, Olivia Jeanne Miller. Olivia was born on April 22, 2009, she is the new daughter of Chad and Lisa Miller, and the little sister of Alexandra. I am posting her announcement we photographed and printed. Such a little doll!

Our weddings have been delightful, great couples and outstanding locations. On May 9th, I photographed Kacia and John in true Scottish flare. As you can see from the images, they make a wonderful and fun couple.

Maggie and Greg were married on Maggie's parents farm in Brown Summit and I really could not believe how lucky we were with the weather. The day was absolutely perfect! Maggie's colorful bridesmaids dresses and the wonderful outdoor greens were a photographers delight.

We have several more and I will try to get them posted in the next few days. Hopefully not a month later.

I do want to leave you with a couple of absolutely gorgeous images from Bald Head Island. Enjoy!

Have a great June,

Susie

Happy Spring to everyone! I think we all will be happy when the sun comes back out and we can say goodbye to the clouds and rain.
We have been pretty busy over the last couple of weeks, several portaits and the Moran/Berrier wedding. We have posted several images of Kristin and Justin's wedding. What a sweet couple! They were really great to work with and you could just feel the love between the two and also all of their guest.

Hopefully, next week we can post images of some spring blossoms!
Thanks for spending a few minutes with us.

Thank you so much for exploring our new website, and this is our very first blog entry. Hopefully we will get better with this as we go. We have had our new website up and going for about a week now and so far we are quite pleased. Our goal is to keep new photos posted and keep the energy going.

This has been a pretty exciting week. Not only did we have the Professional Photographers of North Carolina convention (PPNC) we also had 7.5 inches of snow. Pretty big snow for Greensboro. A few snow photos are posted.

The PPNC convention was great, as usual. The trade show had a lot of new and wonderful items and ideas. So much to absorb!!! There were several workshops we attended. Everything from children, weddings and pregnancy photography. Now we are ready to try some of our new poses!

On February 20th we photographed Sharon Murphy and Jesse Tresino's wedding. Everything was just beautiful and Sharon and Jesse were truly a wonderful couple to work with, we enjoyed them very much. A few of their photos are posted so you can see what a great looking couple they make.

Recently Custom Creations Photography was added to the "Downtown Greensboro Guide" and we used the photo we posted here of the studio for the site. If you want to know what is going on in Downtown Greensboro go the the site, www.DowntownGreensboro.net and you will get the latest happenings. In the studio photo you will notice a little white dog in the green chair, she is real and her name is Pearl. She is our studio pet and brings a smile to a lot of faces. People going from place to place Downtown enjoy seeing her in the window watching them as they pass.
I guess that is all the news for now. Thanks for spending some time with us.
